NONREFUNDIBLE: An application with the appropriate application fee is required for enrollment in courses. The application fee is non-refundable five business days after this form is received by ACGH Christian Bible Seminary.

Any student that has lost their copy of a degree or need a copy of any certificate or degree can pay for the processing and mailing of another original copy for the fee of $25 and tax free.
